We know how important it is to build netball specific fitness ready for training and game play as well as training to prevent and recover from injury. We have teamed up with qualified MSc S&C coaches from Performance Herts to run our weekly sessions.

Each summer term we run netball and football transition sessions for year 6's moving up to secondary school at Sandringham School, Roundwood Park School, Katherine Warington School and Hitchin Girls School.
